Shipping Policy
All orders from Beauty Wigs Co. are shipped exclusively through USPS. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered and signed for. Please carefully inspect your package before signing for it.
We only ship to confirmed addresses. If your shipping address does not match the billing address associated with your debit or checking account, your order may not be confirmed and could be delayed or canceled.
Shipping Timeframes & Fees

Standard U.S. Shipping: 5–7 business days (Monday through Friday only)

During Sales or Promotions: Shipping may take 7–14 business days

Shipping Fee: Flat rate of $20 per order
We do not cancel or refund any order once it has been placed.

Exchange Policy (By Approval Only)
In select cases and upon approval by management, you may be eligible for an exchange of equal value if:

You contact us within 3 business days of delivery

The product is returned in its original condition and packaging

The lace is not cut, the bundles are not unraveled, and the hair is not dyed, altered, or used
If approved, exchanges are subject to a $20 restocking fee. Return shipping must be paid by the customer.

Beauty Wigs Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Packages returned to us due to failed delivery or refusal will not be refunded. We will notify you and give you the option to pay for reshipment.
